Why Wait?
I already know intuitively that switching to Superfood for my energy source is going to be a very good thing. I added a workout routine to my day….I drank a quart of fresh orange juice yesterday, and mixed two heaping tablespoons of Superfood into each glass, for a total of four tablespoons….I make my own Superfood, using Dr. Schulze’s original recipe….I’ll share the recipe for the brown superfood later….
